Beach Cities Health District’s Employee Wellness Program 

Committing to the development of your organization’s culture is a valuable investment – it’s the environment you create for your people. Successful employee wellness programs are coordinated and comprehensive; utilizing programs, policies, benefits, environmental supports and links to the surrounding community.   

BCHD’s “WorkWell to LiveWell” employee wellness program works with employers to create healthier work environments and empower employees to lead happier, healthier and more productive lives. The “WorkWell to LiveWell” program is a unique, holistic model that links five essential elements of well-being (Purpose, Social, Financial, Physical and Community) to address all aspects of employee health and well-being.
